About Membership

Would like to be a Member of VVM?

Please go through the following Terms and conditions carefully before forwarding the request .

Conditions for Membership:

1. I am 18 years/over 18 years of age. I have full faith in & agree with the ideology /objects of the Trust by name Vivek Vikas Mission.

2. I am willing to pay an admission fee of Rs 500/- and a monthly subscription of Rs.50/- (which may also be paid annually).

3. I understand that Membership will automatically cease if the subscription is in arrears for two years or in case of my death,lunacy or insolvency, active participation or involvement in politics and if in the opinion of the majority of the Trustees I amworking against the interests of the Trust.

4. That the membership may be converted to life-membership on one off payment of Rs.25,000/-only.

5. I will contribute/ participate in the activities of the trust in a way agreeable to the objects of the Trust.

6. I will abide by the decisions taken by the Board of Trustees from time to time.

7. Privilege for Members include: Annual Report with Audit Reports and updates on upcoming activities of the Trust from time to Time via Emails/ What’sapp /SMS / by Post (Please choose your preferred one). I will inform the Trust of any change of in contactdetails.

8. I will not use Membership of VVM to get any inappropriate or special privileges or
influence anybody in a way that is not agreeable to the objects / character of the
Trust decided by the Board of Trustees. I understand that as a member, I have no legal rights over any assets or governence, what so ever, of the Trust.

9. That the Trust will not get involved in anyway , in disputes amongst the members, unless these directly affect the interests of the Trust. The decision of the Board of Trustees will be Final in such matters.

10. I may wish to give suggestions/ expert advice to the Trust to augment its work/ projects and also advise in good faith if I find any inappropriate activities of its members, staff, etc to safeguard the interests of the Trust and accept the decision of the Board of
Trustees as full and final on such issues.

11. I will send the prescribed Membership Request Form duly filled and signed with the due payments {online (via Bank Transfer-Please refer to “Want ot Contribute” page for full information) or off-line- by Cheque/Demand Draft} on Office Address of the Mission OR by Email at [email protected] and will get a Formal Receipt of the same .

12. The Trust reserves the right to final decision to grant/decline/ extend/ cancel membership with valid reasons prior to such actions AND to modify the conditions for Membership, if needed in future.
