b. On-going construction of Study cum Medical Hall:
1. Completion of Study cum Medical Hall in village Khiri: An Appeal for Funds
Our base centre in the village Khiri is a rented mud house which was abandoned for long. Although bare minimum repairing to make it “habitable” has been done, the house is in much dilapidated condition. Also fear of snakes/scorpions is always a cause of concern in the mud houses.
Due to these factors we have taken up construction of study cum medical hall to conduct our activities in a comfortable and safe atmosphere for students and patients.
The construction of 2400 sq feet hall on a piece of land formally donated by the villagers of Khiri began in November 2017 and so far we have spent 19 lacs and further 17 (seventeen) lacs are needed for the timely completion of this project by November 2018. This hall will serve as our base centre to spread our activities in further remote villages in future as well as local office for local management of daily activities.
We earnestly appeal to the generous and kind hearted donors to kindly come forward and contribute their might by donating us funds. To meet our mission & provide services in remote rural setup, in long term, we rely on generosity of individuals & Government institutions for support. Your contribution will make a difference by allowing us to continue & expand our missions work as expounded by the ‘Man making, Character building & Nation building teachings of Swami Vivekananda.
